Tom has over 25 years’ experience in the home service industry.  He first started out in sales in the mid-1990’s and then to eventually owning and operating his own company, Daffan Cooling and Heating in Granbury, Texas.  As a member of Service Nation, his company earned the following awards:

• 2018 Service Nation Alliance Industry Trailblazer Award
• 2020 Service Nation Alliance Contractor of the Year

In 2021 he sold his company and joined Service Nation to create Alliance Premier, a large-scale coaching and training platform. Tom has been an Advisory Board Mentor for Service Nation for several years and is also a John Maxwell certified coach.  Most recently he was promoted to President of Service Nation.
