All Service World Expo hosted events are included with your registration. Tuesday workshops are an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued at any time. Substitutions are welcome up to 30 days prior to the event. Requests for substitutions can be submitted to info@serviceworldexpo.com by September 14, 2024. Refunds will not be issued for no-show registrants. Please note the program is subject to change at any time. Service Nation Inc. will not be liable for any ancillary or related costs, including, but not limited to hotel and airline charges or cancellation fees due to weather or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

We encourage everyone to register prior to the event but understand that may not always be attainable. Registration can be purchased onsite for $999.

Service World Expo schedule is coming soon!

There is no additional cost for any “after hours” events. All “after hours” events held in conjunction with Service World Expo are included in the registration fee.

The best way to get from the airport to the hotel is to use a pre-booked Meers bus, or rideshare. The closest airport to Service World Expo is Orlando International Airport (MCO).

The dress code for Service World Expo is Business Casual.

All registered attendees are invited to learn and network at Service World Expo in a welcoming, supportive, and enriching environment. Show management will not tolerate racism, sexism, harassment, violence, or any violation of basic human rights or threats to civil liberties.

Historically, the temperatures in Orlando in early October range on average from 70 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit and sunny most days.
