Stephanie Postell is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Anchor Heating and Air LLC, a residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning company in Charleston, SC. With over 20 years of business experience including 10 of those in the HVAC industry, Stephanie has extensive training in operations, customer service, marketing, organizational leadership and lean systems management. Stephanie has been the Operations Manager for 2 companies previously that both experienced fast growth in revenue and operations, organically and by acquisition. This experience prepared Stephanie and her husband, who has over 20 years in the HVAC industry as well, to create a new company that is again on the path to making its mark in their community with a reputation for creating a memorable customer experience.  Leveraging her love for marketing and brand building, Stephanie is focused on creating an employee experience that solidifies company culture and leads to loyalty, retention and company success. She is a lifelong resident of Charleston, where she lives with her husband, David and their dogs, Gracie & Wynnie.
