Cynthia Adams has 20+ years of experience in sustainable building and is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pearl Certification, a company that certifies the energy-efficient and renewable energy features of homes to document their value Cynthia co-founded the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council, was voted 2021 Silicon Review’s 30 Best Leaders to Watch and 2020 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Charlottesville Business Innovation Council. She was also certified as a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional, a NAR GREEN Designee, and sits on the NAR Sustainability Advisory Board.
