With a passion for growth and thinking outside of the box, Joey and Alyssa Rogers have worked tirelessly to grow Rogers Heating & Cooling from 3 to 35 employees since taking over ownership in 2018.

They initiated and successfully rebranded the company with a fully wrapped fleet that won an honorable mention in the 2018 Tops in Trucks competition. Joey and Alyssa’s growth mindset led them to making Inc. Magazine’s top 5,000 list of the fastest growing companies in America.  The Inc. list ranks the fastest-growing companies in America based on revenue growth from 2018 to 2021. For their debut on the list, Rogers comes in at 2,236 overall, 95 in Virginia and 94 in the construction industry. Both Joey and Alyssa have also made the list of Top 40 Under 40 in HVACR the News Magazine.
