Tracy is the co-owner of two PHC service companies with over 600 employees and a founder of Service Point Pro – a Field Service Management software company. Tracy is a certified Giant Leadership Guide. His passion is educating trades people and growing the trades industry. Tracy has been married to his wife Rhonda for 26 years and had raised two boys. Tracy spends his down time doing woodworking projects and cycling, with a goal to ride 50 miles in 50 states in 10 years.
