Jodie brings Friendly over 25 years of diverse human resource experience supporting organizations ranging in size from $50M to $1B, including start-ups and early-stage build-ups within private equity and the private sector.
Previously served as the Vice President, Human Resources supporting a $1B operating division for Overhead Door Corporation where she led the HR function for 70+ sales/service branches, and 10 manufacturing sites. She also was designated as the change management lead for the divisions ERP system implementation. Prior to Overhead Door Corporation, Jodie held various HR leadership roles within the Industrial Gas industry supporting mid-sized distribution, service and manufacturing businesses. She was instrumental in building out the HR function at a private equity startup of a build-up of 14 acquisitions with 25 locations over a period of a few years.
Jodie earned her BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a six sigma green belt.
