Kim Gill is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a dedication for serving nonprofits and delivering exceptional results by driving growth and innovation.

In her current role as President of Civica Management, an association management company headquartered in Aurora, Colorado, Gill leads with a strategic vision and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, working closely with her team to implement growth strategies, streamline processes, and maximize performance. 

Gill successfully instituted and operationalized Civica’s core values of Accountability, Communication Courage, Fun, Impact, Inclusivity, and Selflessness to attract, retain and motivate top talent. This initiative combined with her heart-led leadership and passion for the empowerment of women have helped create a thriving, team environment.

With nearly 25 years experience, Gill previously worked as U.S. Director of Marketing for Simpro Software, responsible for developing U.S. marketing and communication activities in line with corporate strategy. Prior to that she worked with various state and national associations in diverse positions of executive management, communications, marketing and membership. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and insights as a speaker. 

Gill is a member of True Space, a community of growing businesses; The Dames, a community of women entrepreneurs leading businesses; the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE); the Association Management Company Institute (AMCI); and currently serves as President of the Colorado Society of Association Executives.
