Christopher D Manz is the Director of Customer Operations at WaterFurnace International, Inc, Chris is responsible for the customer experience, residential product development, product launch and warranty for the company. In his 20 years with the company, Chris has had roles of increasing responsibility including Product Manager, Manager of Engineering and Research, Director of Warranty and Director of Residential Product Marketing. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University – Fort Wayne.
