Looking Forward to 2023

To many contractors, marketing can seem confusing and expensive. We are living in an experiential marketplace and need to understand the methods that satisfy the customer experience. Getting your message out to your market is harder today than ever before, because of the numerous channels available to consumers. Marketing Summit participants will work with experts to develop a marketing strategy for their company for the services they provide. Training will include developing a branding strategy, customer profile strategy, media strategy, and messaging strategy. Once the overall strategies are developed, participants will identify the advertising resources available to them and decide on the resources that fit best into their budget. This will be put into action as the Marketing Summit experts help participants to define the customer journey and how it fits into the overall customer experience.
