Aaron Ruddick is one of the founders at Reliable Comfort Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing based out of Seymour Indiana. Being the oldest of the 3 brothers, Aaron lead their family business to a 30 person team doing 7 million a year in Revenue in a small rural market. During this 20-year journey some of the accomplishments include: Inc 5000 fastest growing businesses (2 times); Numerous Carrier awards including Carrier Presidential award (3 Times), Daikin top 20 FIT dealers (2020) And voted Best of Jackson county Indiana. At a young age right out of high school He found himself in the HVAC industry and fell in love with the trades. That love drove home to every role in a HVAC company from installation helper to service management, in home sales and ultimately GM running the entire brand. In June of 2021 Reliable Comfort was acquired by Heartland home services, Aaron remains at the company in the GM to this day. In March 2023 Aaron Joined the John Maxwell Company as a certified speaker, trainer, and coach to continue developing his passion for helping others accomplish their dreams. Aaron is married to “the wonderful Angie” (30 years), has 4 girls and currently 3 Son-In-laws. Aaron believes in the power of family business and currently has all 4 of his girls, 2 sons-in-law and 2 nephews working at the company.
